From first post to signed offer — guided, scored, and built to amplify your recruiters, not replace them.
The Remagent ATS Process
4 guided process steps to hiring
Every feature is designed to amplify your recruiters, not replace them. Intelligence that surfaces signals, workflow that removes friction.
From first post to signed offer
01
Post & Attract
Build a role using Remagent's curated skills library. Every requirement maps directly to how candidates will be scored — no freeform guessing, no keyword lottery.
02
Profile & Match
Candidates declare skills, availability, and compensation in structured fields built from the same library as the job posting. Both sides speak the same language. That's what makes DSMS precise.
03
Signal & Surface
Every applicant receives a DSMS score the moment they apply. Your pipeline sorts itself — strongest fits surface first, with context on every card. Recruiters see a shortlist, not a spreadsheet.
04
Connect & Close
Structured touchpoints, recorded conversations, AI-generated summaries, and offer modeling give your team the confidence to move fast on the people who actually fit.

Signal & Surface
Talk to the AI like a colleague. It remembers every candidate, every note, every conversation — and surfaces what you'd otherwise forget.
You
Who's my strongest candidate for the Structural Engineer role?
R
Priya Nair — DSMS 92, available now, PE-licensed. But don't forget Sarah Chen from ~3 weeks ago: she scored a 92 too and is ready to start immediately on her return from vacation. Both hiring managers rated her highly, and she's got the STAAD.Pro depth — the "very nice to have" Hiring Manager John flagged (his words, not mine 😊).
You
Good catch. Can she start before month-end?
R
Yes — back the 24th, available the 25th. Want me to send her a check-in and pencil an interview with John?
You
Do it. And remind me how she compares to Priya on cost.
R
Sarah asks $104K vs Priya's $112K — both inside your $90–115K band. I'll book the interview and add a side-by-side to your morning briefing.
Connect & Close
Move a candidate forward and the right email writes itself — then hand the hire straight off to onboarding, no re-keying.

Put humans back in the room.
See how Remagent ATS transforms your hiring pipeline in a personalized 30-minute demo.
The collision of automation, AI, and the modern hiring process has ushered in an algorithm-dominated era of recruitment — where the best-optimized resume wins and the best-qualified candidate doesn't.
"Tens of thousands of white-collar jobs are disappearing as AI starts to bite"
Wall Street Journal, November 2025
ATS systems filter out approximately 75% of resumes before a human ever sees them
The average recruiter spends just 7 seconds reviewing a resume that makes it through
TheLadders
AI job-seeking tools are flooding inboxes — driving employers to deploy even more AI to screen the volume
A federal lawsuit alleges Workday's AI hiring tools discriminated against older applicants and individuals with disabilities
Research shows AI-generated resumes are significantly more likely to be shortlisted than equally qualified human-written ones
Remagent ATS was built to end that.

Six scoring dimensions with individually weighted sliders — Availability, Industry, Environment, Hourly Rate, Skills, Channel
Preset scoring profiles (Availability-heavy, Cost-focused, Skills-focused) switch hiring context in one click
Customizable per job posting — every role scores candidates on its own terms
Dynamic Skills Matching System (DSMS)
DSMS scores candidates against your postings using six dimensions. Adjust how heavily each dimension counts — these weights apply to all your job postings unless overridden per-JP. Defaults work well for most businesses.
In the doom loop, everyone loses. Remagent ATS breaks it — and puts humans back in the room.
